Welcome to Mini Horse Moments (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located in Nampa, Idaho. By accessing or using our website—whether booking camps, birthday parties, custom sessions, private sessions, guided connection sessions, or subscribing to updates—you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review them carefully.
We offer three-day mini horse camps, birthday parties, private lessons, guided connection sessions, and many other related equine experiences.
Bookings must be made through Eventbrite or by contacting us via the phone/text number provided.
Our Services page outlines pricing, duration, and group size limits.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to horse illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
At Mini Horse Moments, your event date and time are reserved exclusively for you and our horses. Because we limit bookings and prepare specifically for each event, the following policy applies to all reservations.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 hours to 6 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled event ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
Events may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may be treated as a cancellation and will follow the refund policy above.
In the rare event that Mini Horse Moments must cancel an event due to horse illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to a mutually agreed-upon date.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
We reserve the right to exclude or remove participants for abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with animals and agree to release Mini Horse Moments and its staff from liability for minor injuries, to the extent permitted by law.
All photos, videos, text, graphics, logos, and website design are the property of Mini Horse Moments and protected under copyright laws.
You may download or share media for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., your own family photos from a session). Any other use—including copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation—requires our prior written permission.
If you submit photos, testimonials, or reviews for use on our site or social media, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any submissions that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate our policies.
Our website may include links to third-party services (e.g., social media, Google-related services, Eventbrite, Cakes by Sarah pages). Their own Terms and Privacy Policies govern use of those sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
All services are provided “as is.” We make no explicit or implied guarantees regarding outcomes of camps or other events.
Mini Horse Moments and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, except as required by law.
User data collection (e.g., email for newsletters, contact information for bookings) is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
