Welcome to Mini Horse Moments (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located in Nampa, Idaho. By accessing or using our website—whether booking camps, birthday parties, photo shoots, mini horse discovery days, or subscribing to updates—you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer three-day mini horse camps, birthday parties, themed photo shoots, discovery days, and related equine experiences.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made through Eventbrite or Calendly which we trust or by contacting us via the phone/text number provided.

  • The Packages page outlines pricing, duration, and group size limits. Camps and Discovery Days typically host 6–8 children per session; photo shoots and birthday parties are similarly capped .

  • Part of the payment is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due in person unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of unsafe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [X] days before the scheduled date receive a full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Cancellations within [Y] days may receive partial refunds or credit toward a future booking.

  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of service are non-refundable.

4. Participant Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

  • We reserve the right to exclude or remove participants for abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

  • By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with animals and agree to release Mini Horse Moments and its staff from liability for minor injuries, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, videos, text, graphics, logos, and website design are the property of Mini Horse Moments and protected under copyright laws.

  • You may download or share media for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., your own family photos from a session). Any other use—including copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation—requires our prior written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content & Reviews

  • If you submit photos, testimonials, or reviews for use on our site or social media, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them.

  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any submissions that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate our policies.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may include links to third-party services (e.g., social media, google related things, Eventbrite, Calendly, Cake by Sarah pages). Use of those sites is governed by their own Terms and Privacy Policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices .

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • All services are provided “as is.” We make no explicit or implied guarantees regarding outcomes of camps or other events.

  • Mini Horse Moments and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, except as required by law.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

User data collection (e.g., email for newsletters, contact info for bookings) is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information .

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
