All Information:

Summer Camp, Fall Camps, School Break Camps, etc.

Classes are available for anyone 4 years and older, with a maximum of 6 campers per session.

Camp time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Each session will be designated for a specific age group, which will vary depending on the schedule. The exact age group schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking.


⚠️ IMPORTANT CAMP ENROLLMENT NOTICE ⚠️

Our camps require a minimum number of participants to run. If a camp does not reach full capacity, we may:

• Reschedule your camp date
• Issue a full refund
• Apply your payment toward another camp session or experience

You will be notified no later than the Saturday before your scheduled camp if enrollment requirements have not been met.


Age-Specific Camps

  • Ages 4-8: A fun and gentle introduction to horses and creative crafts.

  • Ages 8+: Building confidence in horse handling, leadership, and creativity. Enhancing skills in horse care, teamwork, and more advanced creative projects.


Each group of two will be assigned a miniature horse and:

  • Learn the fundamentals of mini horse care

  • Learn how to be safe around mini horses

  • Learn horse behavior and anatomy

  • Lead the mini horse through an obstacle course

  • Spend time grooming the mini horse

  • Feed and learn the correct diet for horses

  • Complete homework assignments about horses


Join Us for Camp This Summer!

Integrating horse education with hands-on experiences leaves campers with life-changing memories.

A typical day of camp begins with saying good morning to all the animals. Campers then gather to share stories and discuss plans for the day. Hearing kids dream out loud of all the things they hope to experience at the farm truly sets the tone for the day.

Campers get to use their creative juices during Arts and Crafts:

  • Decorate real horseshoes

  • Design their own pool noodle horse

  • Decorate a mini up in costumes

  • Best of all, paint an actual miniature horse!

  • And so much more!


What to Bring and Wear to Camp

What to Wear:

  • Closed-toe shoes or boots (no sandals or flip-flops)

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that can get dirty

  • A hat and sunscreen for sun protection

What to Bring:

  • A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated

  • A small snack (optional) to enjoy during a short break (we do not provide any food or snacks; we will only provide water)

  • An extra pair of clothes (just in case!)

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at booking to hold your spot.


Cancellation Policy:

At Mini Horse Moments, your event date and time are reserved exclusively for you and our horses. Because we limit bookings and prepare specifically for each event, the following policy applies to all reservations.

Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours to 6 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled event ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

  • Events may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may be treated as a cancellation and will follow the refund policy above.

Mini Horse Moments Cancellations:

In the rare event that Mini Horse Moments must cancel an event due to horse illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either:

  • A full refund

  • The option to reschedule to another date

  • Or the money can go to another session or experience
